Privacy policy
In plain English: we only collect what we need to help you, we never sell it, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we are
This website is run by Pin High Solutions, [legal entity, e.g. "a trading name of Karl Foster" or "Pin High Solutions Ltd, company number 00000000"], 7 Stillman Row, Camberley, Surrey GU16 6FU. We are the "data controller" for the personal information described here.
Questions about your data: email [YOUR EMAIL], call 07717 497086, or write to the address above.
What we collect, and why
- Free guide requests. Your email address, so we can send you the guide you asked for. If you choose to answer the optional questions (team size, what takes up your time, where you're based), we keep those with it.
- Call requests. Your name, work email, business name, staff numbers and anything you tell us about the job that gets done twice, so we can prepare for your call. If you use the booking calendar, it also records the time you choose.
- Emails and calls. Anything you send us, and notes from our conversations. If we record or use an AI notetaker on a call, we'll tell you at the start and you can say no.
- Website use. Anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed and the type of device. These don't use cookies and don't identify you.
Our lawful reasons
- Taking steps at your request (sending the guide, arranging a call, preparing a proposal).
- Contract, when you become a client.
- Legitimate interests, for following up on a conversation you started, and for anonymous website statistics.
- Consent, for anything else you ask us to send you. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation, for keeping business and tax records.
Our promise on emails
Asking for the free guide does not sign you up to a newsletter or an email sequence. We'll send the guide and may follow up once about your answers. We'll only send anything else if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our business, and they only process data on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Resend, which sends the guide and our emails
- Cal.com, which runs the booking calendar
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, for anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot
- [Your email and file storage provider, e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365]
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Guide requests and enquiries that don't go further: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client records: 6 years after our work ends, as required for tax and accounting.
- Anonymous website statistics: kept by our analytics provider in line with its own policy.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookie-free, so you won't see a cookie banner. If you open the booking calendar, Cal.com may set cookies it needs to work; its own policy explains these.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
Just get in touch using the details above. We'll reply within one month and won't charge you.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
